Spouse/Guest Package
The package includes a badge, admittance to the Family Hospitality Lounge, President’s Welcome Reception, and Section Night Dinner/Reception. Spouses and guests may also enjoy Exhibit Hall activities. The Family Hospitality Lounge is a hub for spouses, guests and family to gather and socialize before heading out for the day and will feature breakfast and various activities. Hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 am, Sunday through Friday. This package does not include CME.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or change your registration up to 14 days prior to the meeting (on or before September 23, 2012) without penalty. You will receive a full refund promptly. Cancellations for any reason received after September 23 , cannot be refunded. However, your registration is transferable to a friend or associate or if you decide not to use it we will credit it to a future meeting less a $100 processing fee. No shows are not refundable.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, WSAUA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WSAUA to use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
