No charge for Residents to attend five-day WSAUA Annual Meeting – (register before deadline) – (Value of $2500)
No charge for Residents to attend Postgraduate Review & Exam Preparation Courses
No charge for Residents to attend Practice Management workshops
Award opportunity:
Health Policy Essay Contest For Residents & Young Urologists. Two Winners Selected. Prize: Trip to Joint Advocacy Conference in Washington DC 2012. Each winner receives $2,000 for travel costs to attend the JAC in Washington, DC.
$1000 scholarship for the outstanding Resident from each training facility who will be presenting at the meeting (award determined by Dpt. chair)
Three Resident essay contest awards 1st:$1,000 /2nd:$700 /3rd:$300 – be sure to have them submit their research
Three cash Poster awards 1st:$500/2nd:$300/3rd:$200 and best of session ribbon award recognition
Eligibility for cash award of $500 for the best trick – presented at the Round Table Program
Social Event & Spouse Recognition:
Residents are invited at no charge to the Sunday, Presidents Welcoming Reception and the Western Section Night — as well as your spouse. Spouses of Residents will receive a badge and be able to utilize the Spouse Hospitality Lounge. (Value of $500)
